 | SCHOELLER Industries daily services the manufacturing of their products with their expertise. In order to guarantee the constant level of quality of their absorbents, products are systematically controlled and can be traced back at any level of production or even after they have been sold. |
Quality systems
ISO 9001 in production.
Products can be traced back at any level of production.
The quality control procedures are in application during every production on grammage, absorption capability, thickness, resistance to elongation and the breaking point.
Non-toxicity of our products
The polypropylene used to manufacture our absorbents is non-toxic.
The controlled incineration of our absorbents produces no toxic gas and the residues are less than 0,05 %.
Savings in disposal costs and valorization
Thanks to their high absorption capacity, our absorbents produce very low quantities of waste; Savings in disposal costs can reach 40% less in comparison with traditionnal absorbents.
When saturated with oil the absorbent has a high calorific value and can be used as fuel for industrial solid fuelled furnaces, for example for cements works or thermal power stations.
